Ammonite Fossil Refrigerator Magnet

Ammonite fossils are preserved remains of an extinct marine mollusk, a cephalopod that died out about 66 million years ago around the same time as the dinosaurs. They are related to our modern day nautilus and squid and are characterized by their chambered spiral form. These fossils are found all over the world. A beautiful pattern preserved onto stone that can now serve as decor for your home.

Brown sedimentary rock shows white fossil and is polished and made into a magnet for you to use for your everyday schedules, recipes, artwork, postcard and photos. Sizes of stones and fossils vary from about 1-2" in diameter. Magnets are nice and strong.

We love giving these as small unique gifts. Sold individually but look great as sets of multiples.  Ancient relics of our planet on your refrigerator will certain be a conversation starter.
