This is an officially licensed SIUC cheese set made from Acacia Wood and slate. Laser engraved slate and in set into the acacia wood.
Acacia wood is a fantastic wood for kitchen products as it is incredibly durable and isn't scratched easily due to the really dense property of the wood. Also because of the woods density it is water-resistant and means it won't warp readily and is highly resistant to fungus.
